Call for abstracts

PETEX, the largest subsurface-focused E&P conference and exhibition in the UK returns in November 2020. The PETEX 2018 programme hosted over 200 extremely high-quality presentations and we are excited to build on the technical success of that event. The technical programme in 2020 will focus on how we can shape the future of our industry and will discuss the latest global activity in exploration, field development, reservoir management and enabling technologies.

The PETEX 2020 Technical Committee invites you to participate in the technical programme. Your work could be presented as an oral or poster presentation and will reach a global audience. As usual, the committee encourages the submission of case studies that demonstrate the value derived from your work.  This year, in addition to the core PETEX themes of Exploration, Reservoir Geology and Enabling Technology, the committee also encourages submissions on topics such as Digitalization, Collaboration, Petroleum Economics and the Energy Transition. PETEX has a strong reputation for technical excellence and by participating you will be eligible to win one of the coveted PETEX awards.

Here’s the full list of technical themes to help you shape your abstract:
